- Protection of interests in the main aspects of insolvency (bankruptcy) procedures: challenging transactions made by the debtor or at his expense, bringing persons controlling the debtor to subsidiary liability, checking the validity of the claims of the debtor’s creditors, challenging the decisions of the debtor’s creditors’ meetings, disputes about the legality of the actions (omissions) of the arbitration manager, disputes related to the sale of the property estate of the debtor.
