Evgeny has extensive experience in advising Russian and international clients on investment, joint ventures, and regulatory aspects of doing business in the Russian Federation. He is recommended by the Legal 500 as a lawyer in the field of transport projects. Evgeny is also the author of a number of articles on antitrust issues, as well as labor law and long-term top management compensation programs.

Prior to founding his own law firm, Evgeny worked for a total of 12 years in the Moscow office of Hogan Lovells, where he was engaged in commercial practice, and in the legal department of PwC.
