Igor Guskov, a partner of Guskov & Associates, was the moderator of the second day, as well as the moderator of the discussion panel «Trading in Bankruptcy: Past, Present, Future».
Together with Lidia Solodovnikova (KEPT) and Ivan Stasyuk (RKT), the experts discussed the problematic issues of bidding in the bankruptcy procedure, the involvement of a third-party bidding organizer, the limits of optionality, and the risks of abuse.
