Guskov & Associates Partner Igor Guskov moderated the discussion «Pledge and surety in bankruptcy: what has changed.»

Together with Ivan Stasyuk (RCT) and Stanislav Valezhnikov (Central District), the experts discussed the novelties proposed by the Supreme Court regarding disputes on the inclusion of collateral claims, as well as claims from the surety in the register of creditors of the debtor.
